Before Your Interview

 Over the past few years, I have been an occasional teacher for Waterloo Region. I have to market myself to teachers and principals to find employment. So, I must have an up to date resume, cover letter and be interview ready. In the past 5 years I have attended over 40 interviews, my most recent being Friday April 30, 2010.

English Lesson #99 - Learning about present perfect phrasal verbs

 

The present perfect is used to talk about the past and the present at the same time:

They have torn down the building. (The building is not there now because they tore it down in the past.)
